The IslamicEgyptian’s Arabic language program began in 1997 and has continued to serve the community for over 20 years. The program is deployed in several schools across NSW and operates as an after-hours and weekend initiative.
Students receive tuition based on the current syllabus and textbooks as approved by the Department of Education and Training.
All teachers employed by the IslamicEgyptians comply with the conditions of a Community Language Teaching Professional and have attended all necessary courses and training provided by the Department of Education and Training.
English Study
The English Study Challenge aims to foster literacy skills in the English language for recently arrived migrants and refugees. Through engaging them with exciting and resourceful reading material and ongoing mentorship, the program builds towards providing participants with renewed confidence and networking opportunities.
